I’m Magz, certified yoga enthusiast and Pilates teacher and this is my philosophy.

About Magz
I am an Indigenous cosmologist, healer, and guide devoted to helping others unlock the universe within themselves.
Through wellness practices, intuitive support, and mind–body healing, I create a safe space for transformation. My work blends ancestral wisdom, yoga, spirituality, and cosmic alignment to help you reconnect with your power, your peace, and your purpose.
I believe that healing is a personal journey, not just a destination, and you don’t have to walk this path alone. Together, we can explore this transformative experience, hand-in-hand, in a warm and caring environment tailored just for you.

This passion started with my healing journey back in 2024. Since then I became aware that I had to make dramatic changes for my betterment in health with my chronic conditions. I knew there was a way to re-align with my body and mind to become stronger and eventually help others overcome whatever they are called to. So I went head on changing what I eat, my environment and learning everything I can. I worked on my certification first with yoga and then eventually I was lead to the amazing practice of Pilates. I just finished my certification for Pilates and am now ecstatic to be able to assist anyone that I can. As I understand how hard the journey can be doing it alone -its not necessary. I’m here to help ✨
